Corrective Exercise

Stability Training
Stability, or lack of it, affects us throughout the day. Without good stability we are unable to crawl, stand, balance, walk and run as well as we could and more likely to injure ourselves through repetitive strain or falling. Stability and balance training is fun, challenging and progressive and I utilise a number of tools including stability balls, BOSUs, balance boards and resistance bands in order to constantly improve your skills and core strength
Strength and Power Training
Strength and power are almost as important as balance in out daily lives, whether that strength is to lift a bag of flour off a high shelf, build a patio or run faster. The use of strength and power in your workouts will give you the additional benefits of improved body shape and tone, lower body-fat levels and greater fat burning potential. Strength increases are possible no matter how old or 'unfit' you may be, and the benefits will last a lifetime
Running / Marathon Preparation
Running is a great love of mine and I want my clients to be able to love it too. Unlike normal running programs mine are developed around YOU, the individual and your lifestyle. If you only have time to run for 40 minutes, three times a week then your program will be built within those constraints. My holistic approach uses goal setting across a broad range of disciplines including injury prevention, balance, strength, power and nutrition to ensure that you perform at your best.
