Fitness Trainer
A Level 2 Trainer can help you achieve your goals by instructing you through the best exercises to
use in the gym.
Personal Trainer
Whether your goals are weight loss, strength gain, toning or fitness, a personal trainer will help you on a
one to one basis from start to finish; safely, effectively and with guaranteed results.
Advanced Trainer
An Advanced Trainer will help you with your posture, movement and corrective exercise. They have
extensive experience in the personal training industry and a proven track record of guaranteed results
along with at least 1 advanced qualification.
Elite Trainer
Don’t be put off by the name; this is not just for elite exercisers. The Elite Trainer can help with
rehabilitation / injuries or if you just require the very best. They will have a minimum of 6 months
experience delivering guaranteed results to a variety of clients. Elite trainers will have at least two
advanced qualifications.
