Cardio Training

Who doesn't want to lose weight from time to time? We all know that the process is often not easy and fun! This is because each person needs an individually tailored exercise programme and nutrition advice in order to maximise on the weight management potential. This is where I can help with my bespoke training that will change not only your shape but your way of life too.

Martial Arts

Martial arts combined with boxing are an exciting alternative to the popular 'boring' perception of gym time. These techniques are a great stress reliever, which is a bonus in the current modern day lives. I will show you the basics of Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga. Hitting a pad often works wonders, more so than hitting your boss or a bottle of wine!!

Posture Training

Bad posture is a disease of modern times. Be it a whole day in front of the computer, long commute or just carrying the bag on the same shoulder without a thought of a change, your posture will suffer. By working with you on your posture and implementing a simple changes in your exercise regime, we can alleviate these ailments for a long term effect.

Flexibility and Stretching

Be it an elusive six pack you aspire to or getting rid of the 'bingo wings', my muscle toning and shaping programme is the way to start. By setting realistic goals, we can target individual issues and 'problem areas' one at a time to each particular body part.

Running / Marathon Preparation

Whether you are running the London marathon or want to beat the others at your local fun run, I can show you how! I have completed 8 marathons and believe me, with the right training and determination, a marathon can turn into a walk in the park. I can design an A-Z programme, which guarantees to get you round the course.
