General Fitness

I have developed effective and fun strategies that are proven to work. I use a combination of cardio, weights, fitball and bodyweight exercises to burn fat, create better muscle tone, definition and shape, improving energy levels. With these training options i enjoy tailoring excercise plans, motivating and educating my clients.

Core and Abdominal Training

I offer a balanced approach to exercise training with detailed and functional training programmes. These programmes are based on the results of a postural and movement based assessment which highlights muscular imbalances present within the body. Once corrected, the client should expect to see a much higher level of results from their training programmes.

Massage

As a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist I examine movement, dysfunction, treat injuries and assess biomechanical issues.I provide my clients with a treatment and rehabilitation plan that combines a goal of reducing pain, improving body structure, posture and balance. I am able to provide services located in LA Fitness or mobile if required.
