Additional Specialities

Cardio Training

Having competed in NPA Natural physique bodybuilding competitions, I have needed to diet for each and every one of them. I am confident on doing this personally or for any chosen client.

Flexibility and Stretching

Ability to maintain muscle length on clients, or advance their range of movement using varieties of techniques. This would ensure maximal ranges of movements and better working ability, posture and overall well-being.

Having been principally a bodybuilder since 1999, I am into the discipline heavily. If building size is your goal, toning the body or just recreationally training for strength, then this can be achieved.

Posture Training

Posture training is inperative and the basis for exercise. It is the rock. Posture can be corrected and will benefit you from every possible aspect of exercise. Exacerbating small issues will only ensue if this is not done with devastating precision.
