Corrective Exercise

MELT YOUR FAT AWAY WITH KETTLEBELL TRAINING Kettlebell swings, cleans and snatches work the posterior chain hard. Your abs won't get an easy ride either! This type of compound movement is great for athletic training. It forces the body to work as an integrated unit - you will burn fat fast.

Core and Abdominal Training
