Following a structured fitness routine will enhance your everyday life. It will help you to feel and look better whilst improving your daily performance. A combination of cardiovascular conditioning using interval, steady pace and long slow endurance training, as well as regular resistance training, will result in overall improvement to your strength, stamina and quality of life
Core and Abdominal Training
The abdominal wall has many different layers of muscles and in order to obtain the best results you must work all of them together. This improves the body's ability to support and protect the lower back whilst making the whole body stronger and able to perform any activity . There are many fun and effective ways to create a healthy back whilst giving you a stomach you desire!
Massage
As a sports massage therapist I use a combination of styles including Swedish and Sports massage. This is complemented with the use of advanced soft tissue manipulation techniques to treat injured or tense muscles.
Appointments available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
Functional Training
When training for function I can design specific exercises for your requirements. These exercises can be sport specific, for pain relief, or to help improve movement. It is amazing what the body will give you back if you give it the appropriate stimulus of exercise.
Massage

There are a variety of different styles and massage techniques that can be used for varying purposes.
