I have 25 years of involvment in the martial arts, having studied traditiional karate for all this time. I feel that like everything you need a solid foundation to succed in anything youn want to do well. That is why i have always remained faithful to my roots. I have also studied Akido, Thai boxing, judo and akido to name but a few. I have studied and graded under japanese instructors.
