Cardio Training

A lot of people make the mistake of coming to the gym and wanting to "lose weight". When what they really they want to lose is Body Fat. You could spend an hour on the running machine and sweat off half a kilo of sweat and put it all back on again in seconds when you rehydrate (drink water). I have 25 years of involvment in the martial arts, having studied traditiional karate for all this time. I feel that like everything you need a solid foundation to succed in anything youn want to do well. That is why i have always remained faithful to my roots. I have also studied Akido, Thai boxing, judo and akido to name but a few. I have studied and graded under japanese instructors. I have also trained in america with Randy Couture and in Brazil with Royce Gracie. I can help you apply weight training effectively into your workouts due to hands on practical
